Part 2: Get the Right Fit with Great Job Descriptions and Interviewing Techniques A written job description (JD) documents the work you expect to be performed and the skills and competencies necessary. This class will ease the creation of a comprehensive job description and participants will learn how to leverage the JD during the interview and reference checking part of recruiting to increase the likelihood of a great fit for both you and the employee. Participants will leave with relevant templates and resources.
